A life cycle of a human being is a course of events that brings a new human into existence and follows its growth into maturity and decline. Life cycle means the stages a living thing goes through during its life. Human beings go through various stages of growth during their lives which include infancy, childhood, puberty, middle age and adulthood. This painting showcases the various stages of human life. Starting from the spring of ones life, that is a lively playful childhood to summer or adolescence wherein the story of Adam and Eve has been added to make it more meaningful. Adam and Eve according to the Abrahmic religion, were the first man and woman which God created. The serpent and the apple symbolically represent the knowledge of good and evil which they got after eating the apple from the forbidden tree and became more aware of emotions and shame. This is further followed by autumn season of our life, being the adulthood and the years nearing the end of the lifespan symbolized by the blue, cold water.
